  1. You need 1/2 cup of liquid aminos (or soy sauce).
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of water.
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
  4. You need 2 tsp of minced garlic.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of minced ginger.
  6. You need 3 tsp of Honey.
  7. Prepare 1 of onion.
  8. Prepare 1 lb of ground turkey.
  9. It’s 2 of bell peppers.

  11. You need 1 tbsp of arrowroot (or cornstarch).

Teriyaki Turkey Bowl instructions

  1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in small saucepan.
  2. Stir arrowroot with 2 tbsp warm water and add to sauce to thicken.
  3. Chop onion and sauté with 1 tbsp coconut oil until softened.
  4. Add turkey and cook halfway, add chopped bell peppers.
  5. Add sauce to turkey mixture and simmer for 5 min.
  6. Serve over rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
