- Prepare 1000 grams of all purpose flour.
- Prepare 4 tbs of tapioca flour.
- Prepare 6 of eggs.
- It’s 50 grams of spinach.
- It’s 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt.
- You need 300 ml of water.
Homemade spinach noodles step by step
- Blend spinach (you can exchange it with carrot, etc) with water until it becomes a puree, then strained. Set aside.
- Beat 6 eggs, then mix it with spinach puree.. Set aside.
- Mix all purpose flour, tapioca floor, sea salt and put in a large bowl.
- Mix the dry mixture with the wet one. Pour the spinach puree into mixture of flour. Make it into a non sticky dough.
- Roll it in pasta maker… Dust it again with all purpose flour if needed (if sticky).
- It is still raw, if you want to cook it. Boil water in a pan,and put your noodle in 1-2 minutes. Then strain. You can cook your noodle into your fave dishes…
