  1. It’s of 金目鲈鱼片 Seabass fillet (1).
  2. It’s of 老姜 Old ginger.
  3. It’s of 番茄 Tomato (1).
  4. You need of 蒜米 Garlic (1 tablespoon).
  5. You need of 番茄酱,酱清,蚝油 Tomato sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce.
  6. Prepare of 黑醋 dark vinegar.
  7. You need of 茨粉 tapioca starch.

酸甜气炸鲈鱼片 Air-fried Seabass with Sweet & Sour Sauce instructions

  1. 老姜切丝,铺在盘上。把鲈鱼片放在姜丝上。撒少许盐。Cut ginger into thin slices and lay on plate. Put seabass fillet on ginger slices. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. 用空气炸锅气炸鱼片15分钟。Air-fry seabass fillet for 15mins.
  3. 老姜切碎,番茄切丁。Cut old ginger into dices, tomato into small cubes.
  4. 混合一汤匙番茄酱,一茶匙酱清,一汤匙黑醋,一汤匙水和一茶匙茨粉 Mix 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water and 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch.
  5. 热油,炒香蒜米姜茸。加入番茄和准备好的酱料。煮2分钟,酸甜酱备用。Heat the oil, and add in minced garlic and ginger. Add tomato and the prepared sauce. Cook for 2 mins and stand-by the sweet & sour sauce.
  6. 鲈鱼片气炸好后,淋上酸甜酱。 Add the sweet & sour sauce after seabass fillet is done.
