  1. Mix the ingredients for the tortillas..

  12. Mix the flour, cornbread mix, and cornstarch together. Season the fish. Fry in the hot oil..
  13. Turn the fish as needed.
  14. When done move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Repeat till done..
  15. Melt the butter.
  16. Add the garlic mix well..
  17. Add the flour and cook the flour in the butter..
  18. Add the milk stirring constantly till it's thickened the way you want..
